Electrical Project Coordinator

Job Description

Position: Electrical Project Coordinator

​

Location: Fort Lee, NJ (with occasional domestic and international travel)

As an Electrical Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting large-scale industrial construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing Electrical Packages: Assist in creating electrical packages for both private and public development bids.

  • Shipping and Delivery Management: Oversee the shipping and delivery of equipment from manufacturers to end users.

  • Strategy Evaluation: Evaluate and implement new company strategies and procedures.

  • Project Management: Ensure that project deadlines and cost targets are met.

  • Documentation Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between suppliers and end users.

  • Field Support: Travel to project sites to assist on-field engineers, analyze electrical drawings and specifications, and support equipment startup, troubleshooting, and training.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, detail-oriented, with strong leadership qualities.

  • Experience: Engineering and project management experience preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; AutoCAD experience preferred.

  • Certifications: FE/PE certifications preferred but not required

  • Language: Korean language proficiency required
